As of March 2025, construction is on schedule and will continue shifting traffic into their final stages over the next several months.

On Friday night March 21st and Saturday March 22nd a High Intensity Construction Cycle (HICC) of the Northbound outer roadway (truck lanes) adjacent to Structure 87.10N will have all of the Precast Concrete Construction Barrier (PCCB) removed from the roadway and have the left lane and shoulder milled and paved to their final grade. This will require the closure of the left and center lanes from 8PM on Friday night until approximately 4PM on Saturday afternoon.  All of the car lanes will be open to both car and truck traffic during this period.

This area will then be restriped to its final alignment (pre-construction alignment) one night the week of March 24th.  Motorists should expect minimal, if any, delays while the shift is taking place.
